Blessing has experience in the financial services sector spanning more than 10years having commenced his career with FMC Finance and later joined Kreamorn investments. Has indepth knowledge of the microfinance industry and has had fruitful relations with all the major stakeholders over the years. He held roles in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Treasury back office and Operations. Blessing is a holder of an honours Degree in Accounting and is pursuing further studies with CIMA & CAA.

Tafadzwa is a dynamic professional with over 5 years of experience in Zimbabwe's MFI and banking sector. Holding a Finance degree from a leading university and a Digital Money certificate from the Digital Finance Institute, he has worked in diverse roles at Baardy Micro Capital, Homelink Finance, and Zibuko Capital, gaining valuable insights into marketing, finance, and operations. Tafadzwa's expertise reflects a deep understanding of the Zimbabwean MFI industry.

She possesses experience in legal administration skills, litigation, client relationships, research skills, and client confidentiality. Audrey has worked at Zimbabwe Women Lawyers Association, Mangeyi Law Chambers, ININI PASINA IWEWE TRUST, and is currently working at DIZA MUNETSI ATTORNEYS.
